Quicken provides a very useful service, called one step
update. This services helps users to connect their online bank account with
quicken program to download and make transactions.
The only requirement to use this service is very easy; users
need to enroll with their banks to use online banking services.
Steps to activate one step update
1)
Click Tools-> Accounts list-> Click edit
on the account you want to activate-> select online services-> under
online setup-> click setup now-> select bank and then save your username
& password.
There are two types of connectivity
options, webs connect & express web connect. Common issues that users face are getting
error connecting to bank, unable to download transactions, unable to reconcile
with bank, any particular account is not shown or not able to update. These
error codes are categorized differently as OL, CC series errors such as
OL-335A, ClL-302, etc.
